There are several ways to purchase a property in our online auction route. To start with you must register first and get approval to bid. Do you know with us, you can buy property by bidding or using our unique system called ‘secure now’. In the bidding, the system will accept open bidding until a bidding clock comes to an end. While ‘secure now’ is even simpler where you immediately exchange the property subject to your agreed stated price.

However, we know that’s not always possible so we offer a number of different ways to bid. In some circumstances it may also be possible to submit an offer prior to the auction or post-auction should a lot fail to reach its reserve price.
